Flavourful and healthy baked falafel with added Motherkind Glow From Within. Perfect for having as a snack or adding to a salad.


Ingredients

400g chickpeas (drained + crushed)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp water
1 tsp baking soda
1 scoop Motherkindco GLOW FROM WITHIN collagen


Instructions

    1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

    1. 2. Add the ingredients to the food processor and pulse several times until the chickpeas are broken down and combined with the onion. Be sure not to over mix.

    1. 3. Take spoonfuls of the mixture in your hands and form small patties. Place them on the baking sheet.

    1. 4. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and return to oven for another 10 minutes.

    1. 5. Serve right away with on their own or in a pita or salad.
