Flavourful and healthy baked falafel with added Motherkind Glow From Within. Perfect for having as a snack or adding to a salad.
Ingredients
400g chickpeas (drained + crushed)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp water
1 tsp baking soda
1 scoop Motherkindco GLOW FROM WITHIN collagen
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Add the ingredients to the food processor and pulse several times until the chickpeas are broken down and combined with the onion. Be sure not to over mix.
- 3. Take spoonfuls of the mixture in your hands and form small patties. Place them on the baking sheet.
- 4. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and return to oven for another 10 minutes.
- 5. Serve right away with on their own or in a pita or salad.
