Collagen Chia Pudding 

This makes for a perfect breakfast meal or post-workout snack 

Prep Time: 5 mins
Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:
* ½ cup chia seeds
* 2 cups coconut milk
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ¼ cup honey
* 2 scoops BodyGOLD
Toppings:
* coconut yogurt
* kiwi
* banana
* coconut flakes
* honey

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until combined. 
2. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
3. Pour into cups and top off with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit and coconut flakes. ENJOY!

* 1 orange, peeled
* 1 cup water
* 1 scoop Slimming Shake 
* 1/2 cup ice

Instructions 

1. Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
