Plain Greek Yoghurt
For the creamiest texture, opt for a full fat Greek yoghurt. Non-fat versions tend to be thinner and less rich, which can affect the mousse’s overall thickness.
Dark Chocolate Chips
Choose chocolate chips with 70% cocoa or higher for a deep, rich chocolate flavour and lower sugar content. You can also use sugar-free chocolate chips if you're watching your sugar intake or prefer a lower-carb option. You can also use milk chocolate chips if you prefer a sweeter, less intense chocolate flavour.

Ingredients (serves 4)
-     1½ cups plain Greek yoghurt (full fat for best texture)
- Â Â Â Â 1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa or higher). You can also use milk chocolate chips if you prefer a sweeter, less intense chocolate flavour.

Method
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth. Let it cool slightly to be warm, not hot.
- Once the melted chocolate has cooled slightly, add the yoghurt and Chocolate Collagen Latte.
- Whip the mixture using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, or a hand mixer, to beat until the mousse is smooth and velvety. If it feels too thick, add a splash of milk.
- Transfer the mixture into four individual dishes, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, for the best texture.
- Optional:Â Â Top with some whipped cream, fresh berries & shaved chocolate and enjoy!
