Motherkind Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

By confirming your subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms set out below.

1.⁠ ⁠About These Terms

These terms apply to your purchase of goods or services from Motherkind (“the Merchant”) on a recurring payment basis (“Subscription”), including any cancellation of such Subscription.

2.⁠ ⁠Setting Up Your Subscription

When you sign up for a Subscription, the payment amount, billing frequency and delivery schedule will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

By completing the checkout, you authorise the Merchant (through its payment service provider) to charge your selected payment method automatically for each recurring payment until the Subscription is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

The Merchant reserves the right to update, modify, or cancel any Subscription offering at any time, with reasonable notice where applicable.

3.⁠ ⁠Billing and Pricing

3.1 Your payment method will be charged automatically on each billing date according to your selected delivery date.

3.2 All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Prices are subject to change. In the event of a price change, you will be notified before your next billing cycle .

3.4 You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available for each recurring payment.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy (Two-Month Notice)

In line with our Subscription terms, a minimum of 2 (two) months’ written notice is required to cancel an active Subscription.

This means:

4.1 You will continue to receive and be billed for two additional subscription orders after your cancellation request is submitted.

4.2 Cancellation requests must be submitted via:

  * Email to feedback@motherkindco.co.za
  * Your Subscription will only be considered cancelled once the two-month notice period has been completed.

4.3 If your Subscription included a discounted price compared to the standard once-off purchase price, the Merchant reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation penalty, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

5.⁠ ⁠Communications

5.1 All questions, requests, or updates relating to your Subscription (including cancellation, billing, or payment changes) must be sent directly to the Motherkind using the contact details provided in 4.2

5.2 The payment service provider does not manage customer queries or cancellations on behalf of the Motherkind.

6.⁠ ⁠Merchant Policies

Your Subscription and any related purchases are also subject to the Merchant’s:

•⁠  ⁠Terms of Service
•⁠  ⁠Privacy Policy
•⁠  ⁠Refunds Policy
•⁠  ⁠Any other applicable agreements

Please review these policies before completing your purchase.

7.⁠ ⁠General

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest will still apply. The Merchant’s failure to enforce any term will not be a waiver of its rights.
