BG Directions for use

Add 1 heaped scoop of BodyGold Natural Bodysculpt & Toner Collagen to any hot/cold beverage of choice (add to water, juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, soups or baking). Stir vigorously for 20 seconds and let the solution rest for +/- 1 minute until clear & fully dissolved.

1 Serving provides 15 grams of Specialised Bioactive Collagen Peptides. For best results, consume twice daily (in the morning on an empty stomach, and post-workout or before bed).
