Directions For Use - Glow From Within

Add 1 heaped scoop of Glow From Within Collagen to any hot/cold beverage of choice (add to water, juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, soups or baking). Stir vigorously for 20 seconds and let the solution rest for +/- 1 minute until clear & fully dissolved.
