Directions For Use
Add 1 scoop of BodyGOLD BodySculpt & Toner to any hot/cold beverage of choice (add to water, juices, smoothies, tea, coffee, soups or baking). Stir vigorously for 20 seconds and let the solution rest for +/- 1 minute until clear and fully dissolved.
1 Serving provides 15 grams of the Specialised Bioactive Collagen Peptides. Supplementation should be combined with a balanced diet and exercise in order to see full benefits of the product. Proper hydration is essential (at least 1.5 liter of water per 50 kg bodyweight daily). For the best results, consume twice daily (in the morning on an empty stomach and post-workout or before bed).

We have a 7-day return policy, which means our customers have 7 working days, after the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please Note, activewear sets purchased during a sale are not eligible for return or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@motherkindco.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Customers are to inspect the delivered item(s) upon receipt. Any defective, damaged or incorrect item(s) needs to be reported to orders@motherkindco.co.za within 7 working days of delivery.
We will arrange collection of the return-goods and notify the customer via email once the return-goods have been received, inspected and whether the refund request has been approved or declined. If approved, refunds will be processed via EFT and the customer is to provide us with their banking confirmation details. Please be aware that it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
The provision of goods and services by Motherkind is subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will, where possible, offer a substitute product or refund the client in full within 30 days.

I’d recommend mixing this in a shake but if you’re on the go and want something quick - then I’d recommend mixing it in with some lemon and green tea. I think it’s good for the bones, I had a bad knee injury and this helped with my recovery - I like to alternate this with the oceaglow.
